I am a luxury yacht broker providing a discreet concierge service to a unique clientele of investors and owners of sport-fishing and pleasure vessels. I’m a lifetime boater, competitive fisherman, diver, and Master Captain.  We are blessed to live in a small, friendly waterfront community with some of the best fishing in the world.

I am a wound care nurse consultant working from home. My dream of owning a camp came true nearly 10 years ago. I love boating, crabbing and bicycling in our quaint neighborhood. 

I look forward to meeting and working with our neighbors to build a stronger association!

I  am a long time resident of North Shore Beach. I've been on the HOA board for years and bring  historical perspective to the Board.  You will see me helping out at the Firehouse every week.  

I‘ve been a CPA since 1985, with a B.S. in Accounting from UNO.  My areas of practice are tax preparation and business consulting, IRS and state collection issues, multi-state and international taxation and litigation support. I will perform and publish the NSB annual audit, manage the accounts, and ensure transparency and compliance of  Homeowner Association finances.

I’m a marketing professional experienced in software product design, digital marketing, and promotion. I’ll make sure everyone in the community has a voice in the Homeowner Association and is aware of board activities, local news, and upcoming events. North Shore Beach is a great place for families to enjoy the water and sunsets on the deck.

I recently retired from a banking career of 45 years and I am currently a mobile Notary Public.  My husband and his family owns and operates Pattons Caterers as well as Patton's at the Historic Salmon-Fritchie House where I also worked as restaurant manager and event coordinator. The Firehouse is a great fit for me as I love meeting people and helping plan their perfect event.
