We are proud to offer a variety of amenities to our residents, including our Firehouse Community Center, lakefront lawn, and a pocket beach. These amenities provide opportunities for families to enjoy the outdoors and stay active.

North Shore Beach was created in 1954 in the marsh along Lake Pontchartrain.  It has become a safe and welcoming neighborhood for families. Residents of North Shore Beach enjoy some of the best fishing in the world. We have grown to be a close-knit waterfront community that appreciates life on the water.

The homeowners association relies on our volunteers to help organize events, maintain our community spaces, and serve on our board of directors. Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact in our neighborhood.
